What does a venue finding service actually do?

A venue finding service helps you source the most suitable venues for your event. Instead of searching, contacting venues and comparing availability yourself, we take your brief and create a tailored shortlist — and can arrange site visits, support negotiations and stay involved through to contract stage.

Is a venue finding service really free?

Yes. Our service is completely free. We're paid a commission by the venue once a booking is confirmed, so there's no cost to you — and it doesn't make the venue more expensive. In many cases pricing is the same or better than going direct.

How long does it take to find a venue?

Typically we provide initial venue options within 24 hours of your enquiry. Simple briefs can be faster; more specialist requirements may take a little longer so we can find the best fit.

What types of venues can you find?

A wide variety — hotels and conference venues, meeting rooms and boardrooms, unique and unusual spaces, stadiums, historic and heritage buildings, modern training spaces, and city-centre or rural retreats right across the UK.

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

Your brief is reviewed and suitable venues are researched and contacted. You receive a tailored shortlist (usually three to six options), and we can arrange site visits, support negotiations and stay involved through to contract stage. We can also help with accommodation, suppliers and wider event planning.
