Born from years of planning events ourselves
Ginkgo Events was founded by Esther Podmore, who holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and has worked across organisations including Deutsche Bank, Capgemini and Autism West Midlands. That blend of corporate experience and people-focused insight runs through everything we do.
With years of experience delivering training, managing conferences and planning events, we understand the practicalities and pressures of event delivery first-hand. So our recommendations are grounded in real-world insight — not glossy brochures.
